For the winter trip – Weather is usually comfortable during the day. Chilly at night. There is occasionally rain during the day, but but not often (enough!).

Spending Money

We suggest bringing approximately $200 to $300 USD in cash. Almost all stores in Israel accept credit cards. Do not rely on ATM machines as they can be difficult to find. Travelers Checks are also difficult to cash so we do not recommend bringing them

In addition, you should also bring some money to pay for laundry, for a few meals and $75 for tips for the local staff.
